I wanted to remind everyone that when a Scout presents him/herself for one of these important meetings, they should do so in full Class A uniform. This important step has been missed by many Scouts (of all ages) the last few weeks. So we want to encourage all Scouts to “dress for success” by wearing:
- Class A uniform shirt that includes:
- Current rank patch
- Patrol patch
- Name tag
- Appropriate pants (Scout pants, clean jeans, non-athletic shorts)
- Scout belt
- Merit Badge sash
- Appropriate hiking shoes or boots
- Dark socks
In addition, s/he should be sure that his/her Scout Handbook is up to date, including all logs in the back of the book.
